Computers and technology have always been one of my favorite things. I taught myself to code at 12yo by using a reference manual since Google didn't exist yet. I attained my B.S. in Computer Science from IUP in 1998 and went into the corporate IT world (in banking) working as a Mainframe Systems Programmer (using z/OS Assembly Language) and then started working with Middleware about 2 years after supporting DB2 Connect. Afterward I moved more into the new "online systems" area using Apache Web server and IBM's WebSphere Application Server.

    Most recently I was working in the healthcare industry as a Senior Architect and now am a Team Manager in Middleware supporting Web Hosting (Apache Web Server, Domain Management & SSL), Messaging Infrastructure (MQ, DataPower, Integration Bus/ACE, and Kafka Event Streaming), Application Hosting (WebSphere Application Server & Tomcat), and Software Installation Services (Elevated Privilege Installs/Support - Examples: Oracle, DB2, and products requiring "root").
